Helpful to know....

Confirming reservations: Please note that we may require a credit card to secure bookings for peak dates and times over the festive period. No charges will be made at the point of booking, however you may be charged in the event of a no show or late cancellation.

Table allocation: Whilst we will always do our best to accommodate all guests, tables are assigned subject to availability. We recommend booking with us ASAP for larger groups, peak dates, and for those with special seating requests to avoid disappointment

Dogs at The Harrow: The Harrow allows well behaved dogs on leads in the Bar Area and Beer Garden. Dogs are not allowed in our Restaurant Area. If you wish to bring a dog, please be sure to select the Bar Area (if reserving a table online), or be sure to tell us if booking by phone. We cannot guarantee a dog friendly table for walk-in guests.

Under 18s, children, and babies: The Harrow is proud to be a family friendly pub. Please be sure to include any children and babies which can sit in a chair/high chair if booking so we can ensure adequate space and seating for your party.
Our licence allows accompanied under 18s until 10pm. Please note that this cut off is a legal requirement which we cannot change.
We respectfully request that children stay seated at a table with their parents/guardians whilst in the pub. We also ask that any under 18s are supervised at all times whilst in the pub and beer garden.
Please do not be offended if staff ask you or your family members to provide proof of age after 10pm. Anyone unable to provide valid proof of age will be asked to leave (see below)

Alcohol sales & consumption: We operate a Challenge 25 policy which means that anyone who looks 25 or under will be required to provide valid ID to prove that they are 18 or over if they want to buy or drink alcohol.
The only ID we accept as proof of age is a valid passport or a valid driving licence. We only accept originals - copies or photos are NOT acceptable forms of ID.
Please note that we only serve alcohol to patrons over the age of 18 in The Harrow - even if it is ordered by an adult and even if it is with a meal.

Allergens, intolerances and dietary preferences: We have separate menus for vegans, vegetarians, and those needing dairy free and gluten free dishes. Should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please let us know on arrival.

Wheelchair access: We recommend guests use the side/garden entrance to enter The Harrow, which is step free. Please note that there is a single step up to our Restaurant area. As yet we unfortunately do not have a Disabled Toilet, however both the bathrooms have step free entry.

Should you have any further queries, please call us on 01883 331 218 or email enquiries@harrowcaterham.co.uk.
